We'll work with you to evaluate the journeys and commonalities of your high performing active partners, as well as unlock their Partner DNA with PartnerOptimizer to create an Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) and an Activation Template that can be strategically and tactically applied to inactive longtail partners with high potential.

Working with IncentivePilot

The standard research and analysis is conducted over the course of 3 to 4 weeks. First, we will work with your team to get an understanding of your assessment of the issues and goals.

Then our reserachers will conduct a review of your partner population and identify longtail partners with high potential for increased engagement. Those partners will be invited to participate in the Partner Engagement Survey or in recorded Partner Engagement Interviews.

Finally, our team will consolidate the findings and make actionable recommendations to increase engagement across the partner population.
