The contest was promoted on LinkedIn with 10 personal posts over the course of three weeks.

How did the game work?

IncentivePilot poker awards players a random playing card for each activity they complete. The player with the best poker hand at the end of the contest wins the grand prize. In this case, it was $500.

Did the game really change behavior?

83% of the players who provided feedback answered "Yes" when asked, "Do you think participating changed your behavior?"
